Option #1 (for residents of Washington and California)
Affordable Insurance is pleased to provide individual dental insurance for residents of Washington and California through Dental Health Services. Dental Health Services offers a unique program for individuals that is affordable, has no deductibles, and has no pre-existing condition limitations.
The plans from Dental Health Services require the use of participating dental offices. There is no coverage for care received outside the Dental Health Services provider network. Please take this into account when making your purchasing decision.
